Baril Home Lending, LLC $200 Gift Card Giveaway Official Rules

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of Georgia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Baril Home Lending, , its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor: The giveaway is sponsored by Baril Home Lending, LLC, located at 500 Oakleaf Way, Milton GA 30004.

3. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted in person during open house events held on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled at the sole discretion of Baril Home Lending, LLC.

4. How to Enter: To enter, visit one of our open houses during the entry period and complete an entry form. Limit one entry per person per open house event.

5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $200 gift card each month that the contest has entrants. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will be conducted on the 15th of each eligible month. The winner will be notified via phone and email within 5 days following the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Publicity: By entering, you grant Baril Home Lending, LLC the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions: Baril Home Lending, LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Baril Home Lending, LLCs reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Baril Home Lending, LLC in its sole discretion.

11. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Baril Home Lending, LLC, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

12. Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, the entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Georgia.

13. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Baril Home Lending LLC’s privacy policy.
