I would recommend Ryan Baril to anyone looking to buy a home or refinance, especially a first-time home buyer! He has a wealth of knowledge and answered all of our questions thoroughly and transparently in a timely manner. His insight greatly helped ease any of our concerns about buying our first home. We were unfortunately unable to utilize Ryan for our mortgage because we purchased new construction and had to work with the builder's lender, but Ryan will be our first call if we ever decide to refinance in the future!
The Best Experience
There aren’t enough positive things I can say about my experience of working with Ryan! He was so helpful and made the process so easy. Anytime we had questions Ryan immediately would answer with an explanation. One of the many wonderful things Ryan does is at each step he sends a video explaining the documents and what is happening and where you are in the process. He is so down to earth and so kind by sending us a beautiful orchid to congratulate us on the day we got married. Lastly, he is very hard working to get you the best rate possible!

Very Responsive!
Ryan worked with my family in initially educating us on the loan process. During preapproval, he walked us through each step of approval process and how closing costs and other fees are determined. We were first time homebuyers and buying through the pandemic -- a very complicated process that involved much more paperwork and verification than typical. Ryan's underwriting prepared our application, got us approved, and locked us into a very competitive rate. From start to finish, Ryan was incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and communicative.
