Based in North Georgia, Ryan Baril (NMLS # 1485335) is a trusted advisor to both clients and real estate professionals, known for his dedication, integrity, and personalized service. Ryan’s mortgage career began in 2016 in Central Florida. In addition to his mortgage experience, Ryan has spent a significant portion of his career working at leading technology companies, primarily in the CRM space. This dual expertise enables Ryan to seamlessly combine innovative tools and deep industry knowledge to craft an exceptional lending experience for his clients and partners. He takes pride in his ability to simplify complex processes and educate borrowers, ensuring they feel confident and empowered every step of the way.

Ryan's mission when founding Baril Home Lending was simple - to give his clients and partners the best home financing experience possible. He strives to achieve that in 3 core ways:

As a broker, Ryan can provide clients with many financing options and he always ensures you feel confident you are making the best decision for you and your family.

Over Communicate - Ryan strongly believes that, when it comes to the biggest transaction in most peoples' lives, he'd rather communicate too much than not enough. That's why all borrowers and partners will receive a minimum of 1 update on their loan progress every week when it is in process (typically, you'll probably receive more) - we will not leave you in the dark.

Education

Ryan graduated from the University of Central Florida business school with a B.S.B.A. in Marketing. He was also a member of UCF’s prestigious Professional Selling Program, where he developed the skills that would later define his approach to client relationships and strategic problem-solving. Additionally, Ryan enjoys taking courses to continue leveling-up his knowledge and experience in Mortgage, Real Estate, and Finance.

Personal Life

Ryan got his start in the mortgage industry by partnering with his father, Rene Baril, at CAPITALPlus Mortgage and Underwriting Services. Rene has been in the mortgage industry since before Ryan was born, so Ryan truly grew up in this world - Rene still serves Central Florida today.

Ryan and his wife live in Milton, GA with their 3 wonderful children. In his free time Ryan is an aviation enthusiast and die hard Boston Bruins fan. He spent most of his childhood in Maine so he continues to cheer for all Boston sports teams, in addition to his alma mater the UCF Knights.
